The appliances were just installed on Friday - and the refrigerator is working but the freezer is not. There is a control panel at the top of the refrigerator that turns the unit off and on -- that obviously is set to "on". There is also a temperature control where I have the freezer set to "zero".

I called Sub Zero yesterday and they won't have support until Monday. I need this thing to work now because my old unit is being taken away today -- and the freezer is full!

Any suggestions? Is there something that has to be turned on that I am missing? Thanks so much!
