Can I use Easy-Off, etc on this oven? I've baked, roasted, broiled in it for two years now and have cleaned it only with hot water--frequently. But due to health problems, I've been unable to do so for a while, and now it's REALLY in need of a through cleaning. What is safe to use?

BTW, I can honestly say that this is the best range I've ever cooked on. No, I've never had a Wolf or other pro-style range, but I certainly don't see any need of one. I"m entirely happy with my "Fire-Breathing Dragon!"
