Woodland Santa Table

I started this table several days ago, but didn't get it finished until Nana inspired me to get going!!

I bought the flatware at Tues. Morn. last summer. It is Cambridge Lodge Frost.

Its a bit tardy for Christmas, but could just be considered a winter table, LOL.

Happy New Year,
Candy

Hi Jeanne, yes it is Debbie Mumm. Thank you. I found the sugar/creamer and the S & P, IOB's at different TS's. Woohoo!

I just realized I have the birdhouse on the right side of the second plate, also a TS treasure!! Should have added it to the table, LOL.

love your table, Candy. It is so festive. the Debbie Mum dishes are adorable and You did a super job stacking them.
    The flatware is fantastic too.
I am never ready to take my Christmas decorations down.
I always leave them up until after Jan. 7th. which is Christmas according to the Julian Calendar. Many Orthodox Christians in our area celebrate Christmas that day.

Thanks so much for sharing your fun table.

Very nice, I love the dishes. (One can never have too many Christmas dishes) :)

    Thanks everybody.
I think Karen has a matching cookie jar or maybe the sugar and creamer.
It is amazing how many of us here on the forum have matching or similar pieces to one another. I think it is because we all have great taste, LOL!!

judithva, so nice to hear from you! I think you are the poster who inspired me to find my female bust that I now decorate for different holidays. Right now, she has a Santa hat, Christmas scarf, and pearls!! I now have many sets of Christmas dishes, mostly due to the "encouragement" of members here, teehee.

LOL, Candy, great minds think alike. Yes I have the cookie jar (my first find of this set from years ago, on eBay). Then got the S&P from there a couple of years ago. And a short time before Xmas, I found the sugar and creamer at the antique mall. :o) Last week I was looking on eBay and there was a platter, and the 4 dessert plates you have. I couldn't get both, so I got the dessert plates. They just came! We sure do have a lot of stuff in common.
    :o)

Yes I'm sure it was Judith who inspired you to decorate the bust. She inspired me to buy one. LOL. I will forever be indebted to her to getting me to this Forum!! I have missed seeing her soooooooo much the last few years.

    Very lovely!
    That flatware is very nice.
It looks like you could use it all winter.

Candy, there's several of the cookie jars on eBay. One
is listed starting at $2 !! Tho shipping on something this weight and size runs around $18.
I'm still eyeing the platter.....several on of it too, but just one is priced decently (for me). These are all retired pieces so prices will go up in the future I'm sure.

you probably knew I'd give in.....LOL. I paid $19 but that included FREE shipping. Others on eBay made this one a real bargain. Its around 10" high.
