I think your vision sounds terrific. The bronze would look great, and if it was too much matchy matchy you could also get either the refrigerator or DW with a panel.

It sounds like you've carefully thought through your design and I think the bronze finish sounds perfect. I love the Jenn-Air design.

A Tuscan kitchen with ORB range sounds perfect. I like the idea of a copper sink. Having one item like that a bit different will keep it all from going matchy-matchy with the light fixtures and door knobs.

I hope you post photos of the finished kitchen. It sounds unique.

I kept hearing, more than 5 years ago, that the next new "Trend" or whatever you would like to call it, would be "Copper Appliances"--it looks likethey are getting closer with the "Oiled Bronze" now. We would have gone with copper appliances for the ones that aren't panelled (DW & Fridge) had they been available, not cause they "Might have been the coming trend" but we just like copper. All our Switch plates are copper, as is our faucett and the light above the sink---Anyway,We will be
anxious to see them.
I don't know if you saw the thread about the "Floating Glass Jenn-air Appliances, and the problems the user was having, I suspect Your's are Jenn-air's Latest?
Couple ways to protect yourself here.
First buy from a dealer you know and Trust, and try to get a committment that "They Will Stand Behind Them"--Maybe they offer Service Contracts?---If not, See if you can get one Directly from Jenn-air, I don't , like some others here, recommend Service Contracts, but after seeing that thread, and a few other complaints about their appliances(Excluding Their Fridges which still seem to get positive Reviews)It might save you some Hassles later???
We do have the 48" Built in Jenn-air Fridge, & Love it, Trouble Free for over 4 years now, but that was before Jenn-air was bought by Maytag--which was subsequently bought by Whirlpool.
I would also do some Googling for the Model Numbers you are interested in, see what kind of luck other folks have had.

I have distant in-laws that live in Tuscany, and if you want a REAL Tuscany-style kitchen, it would have to be about 6 x 9 ft with a noisy 12 cubic foot white De Longhi refrigerator. :-)
