Hi,

My husband and I have been looking to build or buy a house in Western PA. We found a lot in the area that we want to live, the builder is S&A home builders. We were wondering if anyone has built a home using this company? Another question is . . . when we originally thought we would buy a home, we contacted a Realtor. Now that we are considering building do we still need a Realtor or do we just go through S&A? If we do use a Realtor, what will we be paying her for? and will that cost come out of our pockets or included in the closing costs?
