Microsoft Outlook email

I just started a new job and the boss wants me to print out all his new emails everyday. Problem is I can't seem to find his new emails.

This is a Dell computer, Comcast is the ISP and the email comes thru Microsoft Outlook.

I see the inbox - I click on that but it's all his former secretary's stuff. I came home, sent an email to his email address, went to work the next day and the email I sent as a "test" was not there.

Eventually, I'd like to just delete the former secretary's email address and make one of my own but right now, I'd like to know how to access my bosses emails - gosh there must be so many of them! Any help is sure appreciated.

Try clicking on the "send/receive" button.

Are you sure you are in your bosses account and not his former secretary's? The program might be set up with both accounts. I have about 7 or 8 e-mail accounts set up with my Outlook Express program. I go to File and Switch Identity to access the other accounts I have. I'm not sure if it's the same in Outlook.

Maryanntx - thank you. This isn't outlook express though; there is nothing that I can see that gives me the option to 'switch identity' in Microsoft Outlook.

    Still trying.....

Shaun, did the former secretary do this for him, or is this a new thing he wants? If it's new, then you simply don't have Outlook set up to retrieve email from his account. Look for a setting to add email accounts. Is it possible she had another email program set up on that computer too? Take a look at all programs on the computer.
