Bill ?? I don't like my new tiled floor - re-tile?

We are renovating our second bathroom as we speak.

The tile contractor finished tiling on Friday, but I changed my mind today.

My floor is 12x12 in a subway pattern, and I had the contractor put in 8 accent files (1 1/4 x 1 1/4) on the floor to tie to the shower wall. Looking at the floor now, I think it would look better w/o the accent tiles.

In order to re-tile, the guy will have to take out the ones with the ones with accents. I believe he will have to dig out 8 pieces of 12 x 12, and re-tile them.

Will the floor look as good as it should be? I am not sure how much my tile contractor will charge me. Is it worth it?

He SHOULD be able to do it so it looks like the original installation. As for how happy he'll be about it (read that to say how much he'll charge you for it), I couldn't tell you, and of course, you'd have to know that before you can tell whether or not it's worth it.

Wouldn't hurt to ask.
