I am on that impossible journey of choosing a FD refrigerator. It's down to the Amana and GE Profile 25CF.

Does anyone know whether there is any truth to GE's claim that their "Climate Keeper technology is different and/or makes a difference? Their website describes two seperate condensors for the freezer and refrigerator zones and says that other refrigerators only use one zone. This technology is supposed to keep food fresher.

I am leaning toward the Amana because of the Rubbermaid liners on the door shelves. I cannot believe I am being swayed by such a minor detail on a major appliance but I really hate cleaning those shelves and in general there is so little difference if any among brands.
