Grout color for glass block wall???

I just went into my master bath where tiling is happening -- problem #1: no one asked me about grout color choices for floor and 2 shower walls. Luckily they had only just begun and was able to bring that to a screeching halt -- moved from Mateo Pale Umber (too gold) to Mateo Ivory, I want the grout lines to "disappear" and become part of the background, not a focus.

Hence, probelm #2: 2 shower walls will be muted beige tone tile w/slight variations, 1 wall - glass block and last wall glass door (steam shower). They intended to use the tan/beige color grout on the glass block wall -- not the look I want at all - brown lines surrounding the blocks. I love the very clean look that it has now, up w/no grout and would like to come as close to that as possible. I raced to a tile store that carries Mateo grout to look at samples and the "white #00" seems like it might do the trick. The vanity cabinet and trim in the room with be BM White Dove (or Dove White, I can never remember.)

I searched glass block wall on the forum and most that I saw seemed to have light or white color grout. For those with experience - will the Mateo Ivory color grout work for this? Am I on the right track?
