Need help with excel, please

I'm working at home this weekend on a spreadsheet from work. I must have pressed something on the toolbar because the cells with numbers and prices now have tiny trinagles in the upper left corners. I was able to fix some of the numbers by converting text to numbers. Those that begin with zero, however, have deleted the zero and start with the number.

When I tried converting text to numbers in the cells with prices (no dollar signs), it took away the 2 decimal points and aligned everything to the left side instead of the right side.

How can I get these columns back to the original format?

I really need to finish this by Monday and appreciate your input.

Can you revert back to the original spreadsheet? That would be easier than trying to figure out what you clicked. You might try going to edit and then undo the last few actions and see if it looks right again. The triangle in the cell corner means that the formula for that cell is inconsistent.

I unfortunately put too much work into it to revert back.

Is there a way to make the formula consistent?

You can try to click on the down pointing arrow next to the yellow diamond with the exclamation mark and then select 'copy formula from above'. Did you try to undo the changes in the edit menu?

Another thing might be to save the original to your computer with a different name (so you don't get confused about which one you've worked with) then look at the formula for those cells. Just highlight the cell and look up at the formula bar.

Aside from that, you might try Microsoft, although it would be a pay call and I am unsure whether they are open on weekends.
