Double Wall Oven vs Micorwave/Oven Combo

There seems to be a general consensus that the double wall ovens are a bit of a gamble as far as the self cleaning and reliability. Seems that the safer way to go is 2 single wall ovens ($$) or just one. What about the the microwave/wall oven combo? Will the reliability of these be similar to the double wall oven with regards to self cleaning?

A MW/oven combo always has the MW dead and unrepairable (or economically unfeasible to repair) before the oven dies. Two separate units are the way to go here. I wouldn't have any fear about having a double oven. Most of them will last with normal use without any problems.
