Wireless and Ethernet cable routers?

My sons both have desktops which they use to play World of war Craft they insist that they need Ethernet cable to be able to play and not keep getting dropped. Myself and daughter in law both have a lap top and would like to be able to connect wireless. Do they make a router that has both wireless and ethernet cable connection? Right now we have a D Link Router and all four of us have to use Ethernet cord connected into it.

Is this possible to have both hard wired and wireless. We use roadrunner?

Absolutely. Many, many routers have Ethernet ports and WiFi. Is it possible your router already has WiFi??

Assuming your router doesn't have WiFi, you have a few options. Buy a new router or buy what's called a wireless access point. Although in most cases it's cheaper to buy the router but you never know what you might find on sale.
