My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi

Just got a ABWorks by Nordictrack, no instructions. Does anyone have any hints or tips on how to use this to help tone my midsection? thanks for your help, I appreciate it. connie

    Hello Connie
    I tried replying to this and ended up having to sign-up and then couldn't get back to the preview page!!
    Anyway, I'm just about to sell one of these and it has a video and 2 charts showing you how to use it.
    Let me know where you are and I will get something to you....maybe a scan of the charts and I might be able to turn the video into a file or something??
