best SMALL hugger mount ceiling fan for kitchen?????

my kitchen has the worst ventilation , very warm room, and small space (low ceiling 8') and I'll remove cupboard door so not to hit a fan, oh and a light attached.

so........ anybody know of a good one? I have hunter in other rooms, but bigger obviously. The fan may get a wee bit damp when boiling long periods of time (like homemade sauces)
