is this for a backsplash? do you have a picture of the space that this will be in? What other colors are in the space? I'm leaning towards the the one on the left but it's really hard to say without knowing the application and the surroundings.

I prefer the one on the left also but like craftlady07 posted, it is hard to say for sure without other info.

With no information I like the one on the left better as well.

This is for a bathroom and everything will be tiled. There will be two plain mirrors above and a double vanity with cotton white under sinks (I have not yet purchased the granite top).
I apologize for posting on both the kitchen and the bath forums - I just need to tell the tile guy in 10 mins so he can start :)

I like the ones on the right. What color will the walls be?

Before you showed the picture in context, I preferred the tiles on the left. But seeing them in the picture with the vanity, I prefer the ones on the right as well. They are softer and less masculine.

Ok... so did you go with the left or right? I am still voting for the right despite being very outnumbered, lol. I think it is a softer look.

If I had to choose, I'd go with the one on the left. If I had time, I'd continue looking.

Hello everyone, I apologize for a delay in my response. Here is what happened, after getting very mixed votes, I kept going back and forth and back and forth and ended up going with the ones on the right :)
I think some of you may have liked the ones on the left because of how they look in the picture but the ones on the right look really nice in life too. After leaving a sample for the tile guy to work with, I rushed to the store to get the other ones and of course got held up by other chores. Just got back and rushed to the PC to see the rest of the feedback I got :))
