They are most likely wall panels. Do a search for wall panels or 3d wall panels. They are decorative, bamboo or other thin layer that needs to be painted.

These are definitely stone but I'll look at wall panels too.

Could this be it? Looks like they make it in different materials and depths/angles, but I think the shape is what you're looking for.
