That is very high and you could damage your pump or your washer may not drain properly. Do you have a sink in the room that you could drain to? Otherwise, you may need to have a plumber modify the drain. If that's not possible, a small tank and sump pump could be used, but that would be a pain.

Looked at the manual says it should be able to go up to 96" but it turns out the hose won't reach, they are supposed to send out service tomorrow.

That's good news! My washer had a much lower height requirement - I assumed yours would be similar.
