Try NT Bishop in Fairfield at (707)438-7661. I have seen his work on many occasions. He builds beautiful cabinets and works all over the Bay Area. He, like most cabinet makers in the Bay Area, will try to talk you out of inset cabinets as the tight tolerances and earthquakes do not mix well.
