Introduction and paint color help needed!

Hello! This is my first post so I wanted to say a quick hi before I ask for help. I've posted a few times on other people's questions just to get the feel of how the board works, and I used to use the kitchen forum when I was remodeling our kitchen in our old house. Now it's a new house and new problems. But I'd take decorating dilemmas over asbestos and lead paint any day!

We have lived in this house for about a year and a half and are now starting to decorate it. It was a new build so everything is beige. My kids' rooms in our old house were very cute and cheerful so I want to get their rooms done.

My son is four (and a half!) and wants a dinosaur space theme. He has a space ceiling fan, a star wall light from Ikea, and a realistic light-up moon for the space part. For the dinosaur part he has vinyl decals that we will put up on one wall.

He wants the bottom of his room to be brown (for the dirt) and the top part blue (for the sky). One wall will be dark blue (for the night sky) and will have his star and moon, and the other walls will be light blue (for the day sky) and will have the dinos. He's the creative artist in the family!

I need suggestions for a light blue. I don't want the light blue to be too baby. Here's what I've tried:

BM Blue Bay Marina - kind of baby blue

BM Blue Heather - kind of violet hued

BM Santorini Blue - kind of country blue

Any of them would work really, but I'd like to find the right shade instead of settling. The brown bottom of his room will be BM Bennington Gray. His bedding is light and dark blue, orange, green, and brown large block patchwork.

Thanks for your help! I've attached link to the dino wall decals

Oh! I just saw on the Target website that they have BM colors that coordinate with their bedding. I haven't seen these colors at the store. How do I get them? Anyone know?
