Hi all.

I am looking at Rangecraft's Canterbury line (a 42 inch) to go over a 36 inch Thermador all gas 6 burner SS range. Dumb question: They list brushed stainless and non directional stainless as options. What the heck is non directional stainless steel? None of my appliances will be the same brands, but I'd like the range & hood's finish to be similar.

Also, I like the mirror trim option. Problem is, I'm in Boston & there are no showrooms.

Any info?
