I think either one looks good with the tile but if you have even a slight red tint in the wood I would go with Ashley gray. I would be afraid the Indian river will go too green. What colors will be in you master bedroom? I think going lighter or darker on the ceiling will be fine. I would want to somehow tie it into the bedroom if you can.

Thanks Caminnc! We will be painting the master bedroom the same colors as we choose for the bath so it will definitely be tied together.

Definitely the Indian River. Your material selections sound similar to mine, and at least from my monitor, Indian River looks similar to my color (though that's not what mine is). I'm very pleased with the combination.

This doesn't show the colors the best, but there's a serious shortage of natural daylight in my bathroom (it doesn't have any exterior walls).
