What kind of roller cover for EK eggshell paint?

18 years ago

I'm going to paint my foyer this weekend in EK VOC-Free Honeysuckle in eggshell. What kind of roller cover should I get? Would it be bad to get a 4" roller and just stick it right in the can rather than pour the paint into one of those things first?
