Unfortunately, I don't have the exact dimensions of the table but it is roughly 30" high. The wall faucet was placed following manufacturers specifications regarding the height. The centerline is about 42" from the floor.

Thank you so much for the information. I found a beautiful vessel sink I intend to use in my powder room and am trying to back into how high I should have the cabinet built.

You want the vessel top to be around 36" which would bring you to a comfort height sink. Base the cabinet height on the height of the vessel.
