White walls with beige trim color help

I love the look of beige trim on doors, windows and crown molding against a white wall. What do you guys think? It's a pretty modern condo but I'm renovating it to sell and don't want to scare anyone away. A lot of people seem to be doing it here in DC with good success.

If I do this, I've picked SW pavillion beige for the trim, but I can't decide on a good white for the walls. Anyone have any advice?

Ya know, I'm usually about options, but given what you've got planned there's only one *white* I think I would consider with Pavillion Beige SW7512. It would be an Ellen Kennon Full Spectrum color called "Snow". Mixed in ICI/Dulux Paint's LifeMaster in eggshell for all walls (provided they are not textured) and flat for all ceilings. May cost you a few bucks more for FS color and two different sheens, but you're renovating the condo to sell it and you're sportin' a chic, albeit unorthodox, color scheme. The one-up of a full spectrum white with the beige trim using a high quality "green" paint would do nothing but help you pull it off and, well, literally sell it. You're trying to get a designer *look* so you may want to consider the advantage of using designer color to do it.
