Thx, yes I saw that debrak as soon as I previewed! I did attach them first time...but something glitched I guess! I hope you see them now. :-)

In some areas code requires that the powder room not be separated from the kitchen by a single door if it opens directly into the kitchen, so from that standpoint (and from a quiet-aesthetics standpoint, walking through the Pantry/Storage area would be better.

Thx palimpsest, IDK if we have that code, or not, but will check into it!
