I want to paint my outdoor light fixtures, which are about 10 years old, good condition, but faded from all the sun it gets. They were originally a dark brown but would like them to match my door hardware which is the oil rubbed bronzed finish (very dark brown to black). What's the best way to go about this? I have seen those spray cans that are for metal and give a hammered finish, or can I use a latex exterior paint?
