When I ordered my sink from them I did it over the phone and asked if they'd do the free shipping offer they do from time to time. The promotion wasn't running, but they gave it to me. Very happy with the service/product I received from them.

I ordered my sink and faucet from them (this was about 8 months ago) and completely forgot to look for a coupon. That said, I ordered by phone and the saled person gave me a much better price than what was on the web site. I was also given a better deal on the shipping. Moral: place your order by phone.

If I understand the situation correctly, there is a diff company that handles the online ordering, so I guess they get their cut. By orderly by phone, you go direct and skip the cost of the middleman.

i just got my undermount ticor sink shipped to me today. looks like one corner of the lip was banged during shipping, though it doesn't affect the lines of the inside of the sink. not knowing how these are installed, i called galaxy to report the damage. my contractor walked in and saw the lip and thought he could bend it back, with no consequence to the final installed look of the sink. i told galaxy about this and the salesman offered me a discount for my trouble, without my even asking for it. instead i opted for a terrazzo sealer, which they are shipping to me free of charge. why can't everything work like this. damages happen, but there should be a reasonable solution good for both parties. i love galaxy!

I have to agree with the compliments to Galaxy Tool Supply. Ordering my Ticor sinks from them was by far the easiest (and fastest, and least expensive) part of my entire kitchen remodel experience.

They have great products, great prices, and great service. What more could I ask for? (Wow, I'm sounding like a commercial!)
