Please Help! I'd like a vote on which to get, mcm sofa or chairs

I've been going back and forth getting info on both this adorable sofa and the not so adorable, but can be made (by me) so adorable. I think.

Here's the WIP room and possible places sofa can sit where they'll go in (if I get the chairs I'm doing the zulu thing like with the temp wicker chairs...

Here's the sofa and the fabric close up...

The fabric is ORIGINAL!!!!

Here is a very small photo of the chairs and a virtual of how I'd slipcover them...

I've MCM walnut tables I'll be redoing for in this room along with the little cabinet you see below the baby picture of me.

Price here doesn't matter. It's all about the LOOK!

I see more an more people saying "No" to a couch/loveseat and going with just chairs. Guests like having their own place to sit. Conversation is easier with a circle of chairs than with everybody sitting like ducks in a row on a long couch. Elderly home owners are more comfortable with their own chairs side by side or facing each other.

Your room is small. I like the circle of chairs. They don't hog precious space. They look inviting and make the room seem lively.

That's what first drew me to wanting four chairs DD. The sofa makes me drool though. And my guess is I could get the sofa and use four chairs

Here's the places the sofa could go with the chairs (LOL) placed over them so you'll have to look close for the three other sofa placements. They have ten chairs. They'd make great dining chairs too. Hmmm.... Now that's a thought. Two to four in the Ladies Parlor and six around the dining table. I like!

It's not so much the size of the room, but the two large and one small doorways and four windows. Two of which go to the floor. I have plans in my head for columns with "book" cases as their bases that would lengthen the side walls of the LP.

I like chairs better - more flexible. While the sofa fabric is nice close up, it doesn't look like much at a distance. I see you got your curtains up! They look really nice. Have you got fabric picked out for the slipcovers?

The sofa looks like that because of the lighting on the fabric. She said in person it doesn't look like that. I may find out that it's the wrong color when I see it in the morning anyway since she thinks it's a pinkish brown. She has a Mac and they are made for artistic work including photographers. And she's a photographer. And another friend of mine that has a MAC said the same thing about the color.
Maybe I just need to wait it out until I see the sofa and go from there. It's not that I couldn't make a custom slipcover for it. I just don't want to. It wouldn't be the same without the original fabric!
