I posted this stool photo as a suggestion for remodel-mama a few weeks ago. As far as I know, no one owns it here.

I love it! (Obviously.) Just the right combination of comfy/contemporary/industrial/vintage. Versatile. Cool. On top of everything else, a good price!

Seems like it is worth waiting for, but you have to stop looking if you order them. I have two sets of stools, and still don't have the ones I originally loved, because they were on backorder for so long and I gave up waiting. Shoulda kept waiting.

I really like that stool. Modern and rustic at the same time. Theonly problem might be if you have someone (like me) with a particularly big rear end. But I think I would suffer through for style.

I love the look of it. My only concern is that if it is on hardwood floors would it scrape/scratch them. Where do you put the felt pads.

I'll bet you could get some gliders that clip on the bottom. Most modern chairs that have that sort of construction come with triangular gliders that clip on. Worst-case scenario: source some clear tubing of the right diameter and slice it and stick it on there.

Beautiful choice for your contemporary farmhouse white soapstone kitchen. Go for it!

I also like this "Industrial Stool" from West Elm. Like all WE products, it is stylish at a reasonable price (although a bit more than the Wisteria stool).
