I have been loving all of the advice on the forum and tried to do a search for this but didn't see anything directly related....I apologize if it has already been discussed.

We are going with the ubiquitous white kitchen: Gaillo Ornamental granite, white cabs and creamy tile floor. Our appliances are white. We decided we really liked the ORB look and would like to use that for all of the hardware.

My question is if you do an ORB faucet, can you do stainless steel sink? Or is that a mixing finish taboo?

I love the silgranit sinks but unsure which color would be better (biscuite or white) for our white cabs and I am concerned about some of the breakage mentioned on the site.
