80's Brown Mosaic Tile Bathroom- help!

I'm painting the vanity in my 80's bathroom BM Simply White, and need a color for the walls. The floor is white, but both the vanity and shower are that ugly brown mosaic tile with dark grout that was once so popular! I tried my Silver Sage shower curtain and it is not very complimentary- maybe too much green. Could a true pale blue work? Anyone have pictures?

We toured some Parade of Homes yesterday, and there was a gorgeous bathroom with small brown tiles on the backsplash, etc. The walls were a very pretty blue/green/gray color-not sure how to describe it. It was a really pretty combination.

Thanks, Timber! What you're describing sounds a lot like RH's silver sage, which I love, but looked weird next to my tile. Possibly it's the particular brown of these tiles. I'm going for a beachy look, but it's quite a stretch with what I have to work with!

Try RH Atmosphere Blue. It looks great with brown and does not have a hint of green in it.
