can anyone tell a detail how to install a water guard, sump pump and the french drain please, i bought the house about almost 3 years ago and the seller of the house said there nothing wrong with this even it had a several crack around the basement wall, the last winter is so cold and all of crack reopen and the water star leak to my basement , i spent around 1k to get it fix just 2 of the crack but seem it more going to reopen, can anyone tell me can i go after the seller even 2 years already.
