I thought something was weird when I received several blank FKB checklists.
But I erroneously decided it was the work of spammers.

I realized yesterday that the FKB Checklist is broken;
I've been consolidating files on a single server to prepare>
for the new FKB and a file must have either been lost or corrupted.

Please accept my apologies if you are one of the 5 members who recently submitted their checklists.
Sorry... I don't know who you are... the forms were blank.
The checklists were submitted between 3/1/11 and 3/22/11.

Since the new FKB will be in production within a week or two I will not fix the Checklist; instead I ask that you email me directly.
I will send you instructions to submit to the new FKB.
