Is there a rule about layering area rugs over carpet? Does anyone hav
Comments (4)If rug is too short don't try and use in dining area. Is table that length with leaf? If so can you keep leaf out, and would rug fit then? Rug on rug, usually don't look right. Always want to move on rug. Even with a rubber pad. It can also discolor carpet, turn it a yellow. So if you remove rug or move. You will have a problem. Can you put it in a bedroom and push under bed half way. Even if carpet, it could work with weight of bed keeping it in place....See MoreShould I return the grey couch? Comments (14)I'm going to get in trouble here but someone's got to say it- the dark sofa is wearing her LBD and she's sitting with a rumpled used car salesman. I don't think this will fly. @Natalie-I'm generally not into delicate seating, but that is a sa-weet looking chair. I agree with @Decorative Philosophy-pick a style and build around it, but one or the other should go....See MoreDoes anyone where this rug is from???
Comments (10)Melissa, lol :) I actually went and looked and they have similar (wool) rugs. I just figured that you would prefer to look for a color combo that you liked. :) If you click on rugs, there's a rug similar to that one.... click on it. Also, if you find one you like.... click on "quick view," because at the bottom of the box it will show similar rugs and you can click on those options. It makes it easier to navigate and find similar rugs without going through tons of other options on the site. ;) Hope that makes sense. Lol :)...See MoreAnyone have any ideas on a rug, lighting, quilt to pull it together?
Comments (9)I recognized your furniture right away :) Here are some bedding and accents that we also carry. Without knowing your color scheme, I continued with a contemporary country style: Bedding Lighting Rug I agree with sandradclark that a stationary window panel on the outside of each window would really finish it off nicely....See Moredeeinohio
