Stainless Steel, Black or SS/Black combo appliances???????

Hello, all. I'd really appreciate your vote. We're building a new home. We will have soft white cabinets with a light coffee glaze. Our walls will be a khaki-green-gray color. I have two young children. What kind of appliances should I get? What would be best for look and practicality??

I went with SS appliances. I really love the look of all stainless. However, they do really get fingerprinted quickly. And I don't have kids!

When I was looking at refrigerators, the salesperson showed me some in titanium, I think? That were like a brushed stainless that wouldn't show prints so much.

I don't know that I would like black appliances in a kitchen with white cabinets. What kind of counters are you going to do?

my vote is for stainless. whichever way you go, i wouldn't mix them. pick one finish and stick with it. my kids are very young and we have stainless. i don't consider it a big deal keeping it clean but i'm not crazy about every little mark. after all, we live in the house. good luck!
