We're having Blue Bell ice cream! Take your pick, Homemade vanilla or Blackberry cobbler flavors. I've been wanting ice cream forever, decided last night no dinner so I'll have room for dessert!

Ham, Ham everywhere!!! Cooking a pot of big limas with LOTS of ham in them.

They're gone here, but it's still leftovers. I cleaned out the refrigerators and found bean soup that's still good so we're having that or I'd have to throw it out. So glad to get that job done. Had way too many containers in both of them.

We've got enough food to last all week!

I sent most of it home with my son--all of the left over au gratin potatoes, jello salad, deviled eggs, green beans almondine, and a chunk of ham. Forgot to send the sauce with him. But we do have a lot of ham left.

Tonight we are having escallped corn casserole, honey mustard curry chicken, and broccoli.

Will make split pea soup in a couple of days.
