I just received my sample cabinet from Barker Cabinets.
All 3/4 plywood construction. High quality finish, easy shipping, good website, made in the USA, very responsive to questions.
So far, very good and I'm likely to order my full kitchen from them shortly. The only drawback with them is you need to finish the doors youself.

Cabinets to Go for our kitchen. We're very happy with the quality and price point. All plywood (and our GC said it was the "good" plywood, was very pleased with the quality), super easy to assemble, dovetail drawers (not available on all designs), full extension soft close glides.

They offer more products than you see on their website (spice pull outs, wider all-drawer base cabinets, etc).

You may want to check out Conestoga. You will not be able to by direct from them but ask them for a cabinet shop or dealer in your area that sells their products.
