New pool pricing in Jacksonville, Fl

We need help determining if our quotes for a new pool are reasonable in Jacksonville Fl. For instance:

-410 sq ft / 88' perimeter free form pool 3.5' to 6' deep

-gunite pool with krystalcrete exposed aggregate

-Eco pool returns w/ 2 in the wall & 4 in the floor

-automatic water level maintainer

-Pentair Ultratemp heat pump model 460935 for heating and cooling

-6 foot spa with six jets

-LED light in pool and 1 in spa

-5' X 8'Sun deck w 4 inches of water

-Pentair Intelliflo VS-3050 Variable Speed pump

-Salt water generator

-Automated controls

-1,041 sq ft pavered deck with poutred footers for screen enclosure

Price - $50,353

Pool is energy efficient but we obviously will pay more. Question is if the quote is still high in price. Any opinions from those in the know?

Also, an additional $10,300 for covered screen enclosure over pool if we choose to install it.

Seems high to me - I recommend you try to send a message to brentr, he's in Jacksonville and seems to have a good pool experience. He can also be found on troublefree pool.

I'm down in Melbourne area - got 406 sq ft pool (16K gallons), 3.5-6' depth, bench , swim-out, umbrella sleeves, shotcrete with exposed aggregate, 3 wall, 3 floor returns, Pentair VS-3050 pump, Clean & clear 200 filter, IC-40 SWG, Easytouch controller, 2 Intellibrite LEDs, 110 feet of babyguard fence, footers for future screen enclosure, plumbing for future water fall, pre-wired for heat pump, and plumbing with valves for a DIY solar (that I just finished).

No spa, no heat pump, went with acrylic-coated concrete deck (about 800 sq ft) instead of pavers.
