I have used Myers Constructs and have been very happy with the quality of their work and their overall level of responsibility.

They are expensive, you will get a detailed bill like you would get from an attorney (one of the pricipals has a JD), and their net on invoice is about 12 hours, not end of week or end of month. They are also not fast. If you are up for all of these things I think you will be happy with their quality. I have used them over and over, and will whenever I can afford it.

I meant to add that I did my own designing so I don't know much about their design process. However, they were very interactive about discussing the plans, and good about following them. (Some contractors I work with on other people's projects try to completely ignore any plans or direction)
