We have extra corian sheets 30 1/2" wide by 144" long by 1/2 thick. I have all corian countertops in kitchens and bathrooms.It matches the color of our exterior walls and was custom colored. We would like to use it to make cabinet door panels and face the front of the base of the outdoor

kitchen. On the face of the base we can adhere it to concrete board. That won't work for the cabinet doors which will be on hinges. What material would be strong light firm and waterproof that we could use to make the door panels? The corian is very heavy and needs a secure surface base.

We are trying to create something similar to the outdoor fish cleaning stations that you can just hose off. I plan to use blue louise granite as the surface due to hot surfaces.
