I'd vote black (anthracite). White would look nice with your cabinets and give it that farm sink feel, but black would make it sort of disappear AND I think it would be easier to take care of. I have dark granite and a black siligranit sink and I love the way they go together. Personally I don't like the metallic gray siligranit, I think it looks like it's trying to look like SS, and I hate SS sinks!

I struggled with the same question as you. I am also doing white cabinets with either a soapstone or emerald pearl granit countertop(still can't make up my mind) . In the end I went with a swanstone nero(black) sink so that it would blend together. Nothing is installed yet so I can't tell you if I am happy with my decision yet or not =).

Definitely the black. I'm going through the same question, except with no black in my kitchen it isn't an option. Wish my choice was that easy. Have you seen the recent thread on silgranit sinks? There's some nice photos on it.

Just to add a comment to rmlanza's observation that the gray Silgranite looks like they're trying to mimic SS: not so, in reality. Although Blanco calls it "metallic gray," the actual finish is a flat or perhaps satin-ish gray, not at all metallic-looking, and quite handsome IMO (I hate SS sinks, too.) Trust me; it's currently sitting in my living room. Won't hold water, but handy as a temporary bar.
