Corner Stove

Help! We are finally remodeling our kitchen. Our kitchen is 13" x 16" and the layout will be an "L-shape" with an island. Everything will be open to the family room. Our designer has planned a 36" Wolf Stove with a beautiful hood--but it's set in the corner. I really haven't read about or seen this look too often. Does anyone have any advise? Pros? Cons? Any input is appreciated.

You might sacrifice some storage and counter space with a corner stove. I'd post a layout over on the kitchen forum if you really want some expert assistance.
