new member hello to all you people

hi, i'm charlie and am a carpenter/cabinetmaker/jack of all trades from suburban new york city. any questions in my line, i would be glad to help you people figure out how and what to do. i've been doing the work nearly 40 years now and by doing a wide variety of projects, have stayed enthusiastic and fresh. people have all kinds of problems with their work situations, and contracting has its share of moments, but all told i absolutely love working on buildings. it's like a hobby that never ends.

well, i'll be 60 in a couple of weeks, and will give some thought to getting serious and growing up. you never know ;-). charlie

So I don't have to worry about
getting serious and growing up until I'm
60??
Good Deal...thought I had to do that
next year when I hit 50. glad to know I've
gotten a reprive.(I like you for that already..LOL!)

couple things we seem to be in no danger of. the first would be growing up anytime soon. the other would be being treated as an adult by the powers that be, at least insofar as being afforded the respect of being told the straight dope. a common theme seems to emerge, and i don't know about you, but i'm going with it... charlie

Hello Charlie, and welcome to the forum. Our company also provides remodeling and home improvement renovations. We are located in and serve the Dayton Ohio market. We have several relatives in the New York area. If any one in that area brings up remodeling, I'll refer them to you.
