read any good remodeling books?

As I embark on this project of remodeling my house and adding 1000 sq ft 2nd story addition I am looking for good books to help guide me through the process, perhaps prepare me for things to come, perhaps warn me of things to look out for. I have a GC but I want to be knowlegable as well. I've just spent 2 hours on Amazon but thought I'd ask the experts on this site, read any good remodeling books lately? Ones that you've actually learned from?

"What the experts may not tell you about building or renovating your home" by Amy Johnston is one of the most eye-opening books about this subject that I have ever read.I think anyone thinking of building or remodeling should read it before they make a move.

Also, I think any book about remodeling/building by the Taunton Press is probably worth a look at.
