Scamming Home Improvement Contractors Face Jail In Tennessee

Scamming home improvement contractors now face jail time.

As of July 1 it is a crime to take money for home improvement services in Tennessee and not perform or complete them substantially in compliance with the terms of the contract, written or oral.
