Have you looked in antique stores? I 've got one that appears to a bit bigger than that one in my attic that I got for about $50 at a junky antique store.

Also try Googling 'plate shelf'. I found this, although not like the one you want, seems to be along that line.

What you show would be very easy to build, if you know a cabinet maker or have a friend who dabbles in making things. You could get it made in just the size you need.
