Need help with scrapbook page...

...three teachers are retiring at the end of the school year at our elementary school. My mission is to create a page for each teacher from the educational assistants for a memory book. The size area I have to work with is just about 4"x6". It needs to be flat so that it will fit between a cardboard frame and be put in the memory book. All three pages can be the same, so something generic would be great as they teach different grades. Two of the teachers have taught at our school since day one, almost 18 years ago, and the third came a while later. Some suggestions already have been some kind of picture or to create a poem. Please let me know any creative ideas you might have. I have until May 1st to come up with something. Thanks so much for your help.

How about: spell out each of there names and for each letter write something special about that person.
    ex. Mrs.
S is for her smile every morning
M is for her Math wisdom
I is for her intuitive nature
T is for teaching from the heart
H is for happiness she brings to the students..
kind of corny but you get the idea..

    Hi Alice,
As a recently retired elementary teacher, one idea that I really liked in the memory book I was given was pictures of other teachers and staff from my school. Since you want your page to be from a group of assistants, perhaps you could take a group picture in a favorite school location or near the classroom of the retiring teachers and include comments about memories around the framed photo. Good luck with your project.

Here is a short poem for you:
There where many jobs that would have paid you much more, but cash was not the only thing that you worked for. You saw you were needed and willingly answered the call, helped thousands of students who once roamed these halls. By opening your heart, you expanded their minds, filled them with knowledge so jobs they too could find. Shared the hurt when they tried and failed, and then clapped the loudest when they finally prevailed. Through the years you've done your part, gave all you had and it came from your heart. We could never know all the lives that you've touched, but one things for certain, you are loved very much. Penny

Thanks ladies, I hope it gives credit to the thousands of teachers who get paid so little, but whose efforts are expected so much of. Penny
