    Powdered Sugar Replacement

    2 cups nonfat milk powder (500mL)

    2 cups cornstarch (500mL)

    1 cup granulated sugar replacement ((250mL)

    Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until well blended and powdered.

    YIELD: 4 cups (100mL)

    Exchange 1/4 cup (60mL)= 1 bread OR 1/2 nonfat milk & 1/2 bread.

    Calories 1/4 cup (60mL)- 81
