I don't have marble but through the years I've been here, Miracle 511 Plus has been recommended time and again.

Are you talking about sealers one applies at home as DIY or pro sealers applied by someone else? Akemi Nano is another one I've seen mentioned, but sometimes as one you should not try to apply as DIY.

Thanks guys -I'm looking for the sealer recs to be more informed when I discuss it w the fabricator. I haven't asked my GC what she has used in the past or recommends, yet.
Once it's done professionally, I'll probably keep up w something at home. So Rec's for both be great to have.

I just altered my plan a tiny bit - I'll post the layout. I need some reassurance.... Sheesh and a glass of wine. I know it's only 10am.

I used Akemi Nano on our kitchen. Very easy to DIY (but stinky for 30 minutes -- requires an open window). Also use the conditioner for it weekly and it's kept etching to a minimum. Liquids bead up and it wipes up cleanly.

Ann Sacks, one of the top tile and stone houses recommends the 511.

A note about DIY. The installers "sealed" the marble and did such a poor job I did it over after I found the Nano.

After 1 year I did reseal. Here's my source -- they also have the 511 and other products. Nano was his recommendation.
