Forget the Wormley chairs, look at the office furniture I found!
Our own CL tends to be a bit lacking in the way of mid century. So I started watching the Atlanta listings. Lo and behold, what did appear but a complete office suite of vintage Alma furniture. I'm ecstatic. The stuff I was finding locally wasn't nearly as stylish, definitely wasn't period, and cost more. The trailer is hooked up and I am on my way to the ATL first thing in the morning to pick it all up.
The exec desk. A huge 6' x 3', but I can make it work. (Some I have seen were 7' wide!!). The woven panel on the front is reversible to wood, should one desire a change.
The large credenza/secretary desk. This will work well as the reception desk (there won't be a receptionist there, but the desk needs to be there, KWIM?). It has the same switchable panel:

I decided to pass on the Wormley chairs given this new direction in the office. I'm going to look for something simpler. Maybe even a slim, upholstered cube chair.
